1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
Your product may be eligible for exchange, return, or refund depending on the product category and condition. To qualify, please note the following:
- You must contact us within 3 hours of receiving your order if the product is damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect.
- The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories included.
- Customers are responsible for selecting the correct product (e.g., size, variant) while placing an order. Any errors must be reported to our team during the order confirmation call.
- If a product is returned damaged, used, or compromised in any way, House of Oud reserves the right to reject the return and send it back.
2. Important Guidelines
- If the customer does not receive the order at the time of delivery, they are liable to pay the delivery charges as mentioned in the order.
- In case of returns due to any reason, the customer will bear the return shipping charges.
- The returned product must not have any damage, tapes, or stickers on the original packaging.
- Products purchased during sales or promotions may not be eligible for returns or exchanges.
3. Refund Policy
If your returned item is approved for a refund, the following terms apply:
- Refunds will be processed through bank transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash.
- The refund process may take 4-6 working days after approval.
- If a refund is approved, you will be notified by our team.
4. Exchange Policy
We only offer exchanges in specific cases:
- Perfumes, once opened or used, cannot be exchanged or returned.
- If you receive the wrong product, you must notify us within 3 hours of delivery to request an exchange.
5. How to Request a Return or Refund
To initiate a return, refund, or exchange:

- Ship the product back in its original condition.
